Coconut and Pistachio Ladoo with Kaizer Pistachio Oil Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- 1 tbsp Kaizer Pistachio Oil
Instructions
- In a pan, heat Kaizer Pistachio Oil and add shredded coconut.
- Roast the coconut on medium heat until it turns slightly brown.
- Add condensed milk and cardamom powder to the pan and mix well.
- Cook the mixture for 5-7 minutes or until it thickens and forms a dough-like consistency.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture cool.
- Grease your hands with Kaizer Pistachio Oil and form the mixture into small balls.
- Roll the balls in chopped pistachios.
- Store the coconut and pistachio ladoos in an airtight container.
