Coconut and Pistachio Ladoo with Kaizer Pistachio Oil Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1 tbsp Kaizer Pistachio Oil

Instructions

  • In a pan, heat Kaizer Pistachio Oil and add shredded coconut.
  • Roast the coconut on medium heat until it turns slightly brown.
  • Add condensed milk and cardamom powder to the pan and mix well.
  • Cook the mixture for 5-7 minutes or until it thickens and forms a dough-like consistency.
  • Remove from heat and let the mixture cool.
  • Grease your hands with Kaizer Pistachio Oil and form the mixture into small balls.
  • Roll the balls in chopped pistachios.
  • Store the coconut and pistachio ladoos in an airtight container.
