Mustard oil and your health

The health benefits of mustard oil are numerous. Mustard oil for external use

Warm up a few tablespoons of Kaizer mustard oil or enough to cover your hair. Work the oil into your scalp and cover with a shower cap or plastic bag and leave in until you get the right amount of colour coverage.   • Cheese
  • Fresh and steamed vegetables

Recommended uses

Temperature: Suitable high heat applications. The smoke point of yellow mustard oil is 250°C. This is a higher heat than recommended for most cooking oils including olive oil, canola oil, or even safflower oil. Feel free to use yellow mustard oil for all cooking techniques and as a drizzle oil.

Shelf life: Best used within 6 months of opening. Unopened, best kept for 24 months

Storage: Keep in a cool, dark place.
